1. Booking advance Rs.2.5 lac for 2 BHK & Rs.3 lac for 3 bhk.A PDC payable in days for the balance has to be issued in next 30 days from date of booking.
2. The incentive working is on the Basic cost of the apartment +PLCs(if any).car Park, Amenities, club house and changes charges will not considered for calculating the incentive.
3. The above payout is excluding GST .For claiming GST,tax invoice has to be submitted.
4. The above incentive scheme is for a period starting from 16 th Feb to 31 st April.
5. Invoice has to be raised after the Sale Agreement is completed.The payment will be released 30 days from the date of invoice.
6. The chart Shown above is representation of slab wise incentive structure.Average unit size considered for above calculation is 1539 sft and average unit cost is Rs.49lac.
7. Only those Sale agreements completed on or before 31 st June would be considered for sale working and Bonus payout eligibility.
8. Basic incentive of slab wise would be released within 30 days on submissions of CP commission invoice.Eligible slab Incentive and Bonus would be declared after final payment done according to client.
9. In case of any cancellation post sale Agreement ,Incentive paid against the unit would be
reversed and adjusted in the subsequent invoice.
